Wholesale, Bulk or Custom Orders – Return Policy

At Avenue F, we pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our clothes. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 10 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, at their expense. 

Please submit your specific request by filling out the Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form for Wholesale, Bulk or Custom Orders below and clearly specify the reason for the return. This request will then be reviewed by our customer service department. Upon approval, an RMA number will be issued and sent to you via email. If an RMA is issued, this number will expire within 10 days after being issued. 

We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail, as Avenue F is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please ensure that the RMA number is written on the bottom of the package and that a copy of your original receipt is placed in the box.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately seven to ten business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Avenue F reserves the right to send out an exchange unit, issue a refund, or provide store credit.

Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form – Wholesale, Bulk or Custom Orders

 

Please fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization form to begin your return process. Once your request is received and approved you will receive an email along with your RMA number and return instructions.

To ensure a successful return please make sure all items returned are new, unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include their original tags and packaging.

Wholesale, Bulk or Custom Merchandise for Return must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of items for exchanges, store credit or a refund.
